Consistent with everything that we do at Hendrick Farm, all materials used in the construction of these homes are extremely high quality. We use real wood for all porches, siding, decks, stairs, railings, doors, and interior baseboards and trim. Homebuyers get to pick custom colours for siding, exterior trim, and exterior doors on their new home. This ensures that each home is both unique in itself and that it plays an important role in the creation of a unique streetscape. All flooring in our single family homes is real (not engineered) hardwood, and our kitchens and bathrooms feature custom-crafted cabinets and stone granite or quartz countertops.

Standard nine-foot ceiling heights on first floors allow for larger windows and more natural lighting, giving all our homes an open, airy feel. Moreover, by detaching garages and moving them to rear laneways, our single family homes have windows on all four sides. Equal importance has been paid to the fronts and backs of homes as well—front porches provide a social connection between the homes and their community, while backyards create private space for homeowners. All corner lots include wrap-around porches. Our basements feature full 8-foot ceilings so finishing the basement becomes a very attractive option.
