Consistent with everything that we do at Hendrick Farm, all materials used in the construction of these homes are extremely high quality. We use real wood for all porches, siding, decks, railings, and interior baseboards and trim. Homebuyers get to pick custom colours for siding, exterior trim, and exterior doors on their new home. This ensures that each home is both unique in itself and that it plays an important role in the creation of a unique streetscape. All flooring in our single family homes is real hardwood, and our kitchens and bathrooms feature custom-crafted cabinets and granite countertops.

Standard nine-foot ceiling heights on first floors allow for larger windows and more natural lighting, giving all our homes an open, airy feel.
